How much blitz awareness does Vader need to recognize the toss and make this tackle? He has 64 right now.

He is out of position due to the gap hat he is blitzing. He changes direction to pursue the HB as soon as he catches the pitch. Not sure if he will make many TFLs there unless he simply outruns the HB from behind.

Crap.

It will kill that damn Big I counter though.

I've always wondered if making a dline with 100 blitz awareness and pursuit has some merit in the run game.

Don't forget speed and quickness. Although you only have limited SPs. You still need break run block.

My 2 S* DTs will end build with 55 blitz awr, pursuit, sprinting (shut up Ceiv, I got it right this time), and 90 break run block.

That's fairly standard tho. My hope would be that the 100 awareness/pursuit plus high break block and footwork would allow the line to capture more stops at the Los and in the backfield.

I would try a line like that but tough to find and put to work 4 superstars on the line that are mostly run stoppers.

I think 55 blitz awareness is enough to react to a run up the middle.

I don't. None of my d-lineman ever have below 70. I think I remember BHall saying he always aimed for 85ish?
