Currently my roster is 100% chem, I am trying to sign a new player but I am up against the salary cap and roster limit (wish you could go below roster limit in off season) but anyway.. If i move my roster to low salaries, add the new player,cut the old player then put the payers back to med salary, would the chem go back to 100%....

Why not just move the salary of the players you are going to cut to low salary.

I don't think that will free enough... i am tight.. real tight..

Move a player you will cut to low, sign the new guy to low, cut the player. Rinse repeat. After the roster is set, move the salaries of the new guys to medium.

Sign rookie CS, Gs and OTs then cut, sign, rinse, repeat until roster is as you want it.
