Game 1
Fury vs Run Stuffers

Both teams are currently sitting in the top 10 of the tier. In the 1st matchup, Fury took down 1980s 21-10, shutting them out in the last 3 quarters. Skeletor couldn't get anything going. If the Run Stuffers are going to pull the upset, they are going to need to get a lot more production out of skeletor. Fury started off the season slow but started winning consistently vs high competition later in the season. It they can shut down the outside running game of the Run Stuffers, they have a great shot at winning.

Prediction: 1980s get revenge as they pull the mighty upset on a last second FG...17-14!

Game 2
The Simpsons vs Blue Ridge

This is a rematch of an instant classic as Blue Ridge won the 1st matchup 16-14 on a last second FG...literally.

The Simpsons want revenge and no better place to get it than in the playoffs. They are a pretty good team vs the run, which is all Blue Ridge does. Blue Ridge has been playing sub par lately and has already claimed to be resetting, so stamango could already be preparing for next season.

Prediction: The Simpsons shut down the running game of Blue Ridge and get sweet revenge with a convincing double digit victory!

Ugh, I hate games in the snow (at least on GLB*). Those fumbles really hurt.

I don't disagree. I can come up with lots of excuses (drops, fumbles, and 2 missed FGs under 30 yards) but we all play in the same sim. IMO, Fury would have won that game 7 of 10 sims, this just happened to be one of the 3 bad games.
