bought a new team and was able to cut alotof players,i was ableto hire my own 2 players and 1 of my freinds,i cantoffer any other human contracts no matter what i try.when i recruit the name ofmy team wont showup as what team imrecruiting for,i have 36 players and over 2 mill in salary cash left.anybodyknow the problem?

Are you trying to sign players that are not rookies, or rookies that have played at least 1 game?

I am the manager for his team. When I try to sign my own player, and most others, it shows this message in red: "This player is over the level cap for the selected team." What is the level cap? Our players are still on level 0. I don't understand what we need to do.

It says you are 3.33% to soph which means your guy has played games. By the looks of it he was a pickup player you converted after you played pickup games. When you play those games your guys ages.

You need guys that say 0%

Thanks for the responses guys. That makes perfect sense. We were really lost. So, can we hold out with a few players who we don't feel like retiring and they can join the team later in the season?

Yes. They will take a chemistry hit though.

I'd retire as you should get a full refund still plus if they join later they will start at 0 chem during the season
