I wan't to make a LOLB blitzer, to play on 3-4 and 4-4 schemes, specialized for pass rushing but also capable of stoping the run, i made this build: http://www.glb2scout.com/vpimages/334_4922_1462847105.png , is it good?

Also, for pass rushing in the strong side, specially 3-4, do i need pass rush tech? Or evasive pass rush style with high quickness and sprinting can do the job? Kinda like the ROLB.

100 sprinting or don't bother. Also needs more snap reaction.

Don't get PRT on linebackers, if they've been engaged in a block, it's already too late for them since they're starting out further away from the QB than dlineman are.

You don't necessarily need 100 speed for a pass rushing LB if you also want them to be more all around LB's. But you definitely need more than 84 speed. I'd still bump up the Speed Attribute from 8 to 10.

Egotist + Workhorse isnt a good selection for your build, at the moment.

See that "Traits Effect" box? You're spending 17% extra salary on Egotist+Workhorse for for 5200 SP, or 2.5% more.

Dreadnought is worse as your spending 6% extra salary for 553 SP. That's .2% more SP.

I'm at an 8K SP bonus for 17% extra salary versus your 5.8K SP bonus for 22% salary.

You need to skew the build more to take advantage of those Traits better or get different Traits.
