actual top 10 at mid way point
1. Saint Petersburg Seminoles - I thought they would be a good team and thus far they have exceeded my expectations. They have been damn good! They havent lost yet but have 1 tie. The next game is a huge test as they face BoB in the ladder matchup. They are 4-0 against current top 10 teams.
2. Band of Brothers - Have been very very good as well. Lost back to back games earlier but since then have won 8 straight. Im excited to see them vs the Seminoles next. Both have very good offenses and defenses. They are 5-1 against current top 10 teams.
3. The Dream Team - This was a team I had overlooked by mistake actually. I didnt rate them in my initial rating because I for some reason thought it was a team that wasnt filling up but its a team ran by the owner. He has another solid team and it looks like he has learn from them and created an even better team. They have a filthy offense that has really only been slowed down once which was by the elements who shut them out. They play my team Flint Tropics next which hopefully is a close one. They are 4-2 against current top 10 teams.
4. The Elements - A team i figured would be a top 5 team and thus far they have. With only 2 losses on their resume and by a combined of only 10 points. They are 4-2 against current top 10 teams.
5. Insane Asylum - They have been a surprise to me but they are playing very good ball. They bring in a solid rushing attack that can score points but the defense hasnt been great so far. They are 1-3 against current top 10 teams.
6. Death Valley Devils - Ive played against these guys numerous times with my other teams and other teams im involved with. With that being said im not too surprised to see them up here because they have been solid in the past. They have been middle of the pack on offense and defense. They are 1-2 against current top 10 teams.
7. Los Alamos Lab Rats - The rats have one of the better passing attacks in the league. They typically have a solid defense as well. However they have been a little bit up and down at times this year. They are 1-4 against current top 10 teams.
8. Flint Tropics - This is my team. After a very slow start, especially on offense we have started to figure it out a little bit maybe. 5 of the 6 losses were 1 score games. We will look to keep momentum going and are carrying a 6 game win streak going into a big game against the dream team. We are 0-3 against current top 10 teams.
9. Cleveland Raiders - They have been pretty solid at putting up some points but they also have given up a good amount of them. They have shown they can play with top tier teams, just need to find some more consistency in doing so. They are 2-3 against current top 10 teams.
10. Batman V Superman - Im looking to see a little more out of them. They have had a couple of bad losses on their resume. They will have a chance against another top ten team in their next ladder matchup to prove they belong though. They are 0-2 against current top 10 teams.
I hit on only 6/10 in my early prediction this year. Ill try to look at this again though at the end of the season and see if that is greater or lesser.
