Warrior General Games

I have two Jman players that only get contracts from three teams and the last two times the contracts were from a tier above. There are a lot of openings on CPU teams for JMan why arent I getting more offers....at least 6 and from the tier that my players are. These is crazy. ANd why do I have to wait a full day for contracts. The message states to wait a couple hours and still have to wait a long time. Help please!!

I noticed the same thing with my TE, only got 3 offers from in tier teams, and two from a tier above. And one of the in-tier teams had already filled their roster at the TE position. There were a lot of CPU teams at the JMan tier, so I was also wondering why I only got 1 CPU offer from in-tier.
