Welcome back Jace0221.

In truth, at a glance the league doesn't look quite as tough as it has been in the past, A few strong teams have fallen along the way (LVO, Musclefrogs & Kaos for example). Don't get me wrong there are still around 5/6 really strong teams but still not quite as strong as it has been.

It'll be interesting to see how your team does, and the likes of the Casino Dogs too.

Good luck for the season ahead.

Pre-season power rankings

1. SWAT City Vigilantes

Champions the last two seasons look like the team to beat again, They tend to coast the regular season to some extent, so they may not be top seeds come the playoffs but this group know how to get it done when it matters most.

2. Steel City Mafia

My nemesis of the last couple of seasons. Only SWAT seems to have stood between them and the championship the last couple of years. Another team that rounds in to shape around playoff time.

3. Uganda Silverbacks

LL's defense is as tough as they come, another team that has just found SWAT too tough in the play offs over the last couple of seasons, s50 League champions!

4. Border Reivers

Regular season royalty, playoff paupers!

5. Golden Hill Bones

Very strong team with very strong co-ordinators. When they are on they are a match for anyone in the league, as they showed by winning last seasons tourney.

6. Hamburg Hawks

Close call between Hamburg and the Casino Dogs for this spot. A mixed season for the Hawks last year, they won most of the games they should win and gave Uganda a good run in their first encounter but then tended to lose big against the main contenders, losing too many points in those games.

7. Casino Dogs

Welcome back guys! However, with SWAT, GHB & Uganda in your conference I think you'll be in a two horse race with the Birdmen for that final play off spot. That said, I think you'll be an interesting team to watch this season and certainly not a team to look past.

8. Tel Aviv Birdmen

Welcome back to the Birdmen too but as stated above, you have drawn a very tough conference. Good luck, you may need some!

9, Adriatic Sea Wasps

Welcome back to Madmal and his Sea Wasp Franchisee!! The good news is you have drawn the easier of the two conferences. I can see you guys giving the Hawks a run for 3rd in the conference and have a very realistic chance of at least surviving and making the play offs. Could cause a surprise or too along the way if their co-ordinators are focused on this team??

10. Cross Keys Indians

Much like the Sea Wasps, I see the Indians being in a 3 way fight for the last two play off spots in the conference by virtue of being in the weaker conference.

11. Virginia Generals

It could be a long season ahead for the Generals, drawn the tougher conference and a roster that doesn't look like it can challenge here. Keep your chin up!

12. Dazed and Confused Paddles

Well the good news is you're in the easier division! The bad news is I still can't see you winning a game!
