New rookie teams can't sign players with any games. You can sign onto a sophomore team or you can retire them for a partial refund to remake new rookies.

I have room on my rookie team for some players if you do remake. I need a kickoff specialist, a FG specialist and a power punter.

I will remake a field goal specialist and a power punter : )

It appears in the new patch teams were restricted to one kicker maximum. This means teams will now need a single hybrid kicker rather than two specialized kickers.

Well, I have a rookie kicker for another team, and my punter still up for grabs.
