I receive emails from CPU teams offering me contracts. When I click on "contract page" I am brought back to my home page and do not see an option to sign the contract. Can someone tell me what I am missing?

How many SP does your player have? I believe you can't have more than 5k when signing.
it would say 12000 if it was 12k.
