I personally don't have a team to offer this season however first thing you should do is open your player build so those who do can it.
To do this go to your players page, look at the options below name for one that looks like a gear and select it. If you hover over it the name settings will show. Then go to drop down box named sharing player attributes and select everyone can view.
Now anyone looking for a HB will know if the player fits their teams needs, and this alone will up the chances somebody running a squad will hire him. However if you are a new player there probably is some work needed as there are some common ,I wont say mistakes but, things you wont know unless somebody tells you or you did some research into new player guides.
