I've always been a showboat guy, but I'm tempted to go monster hit... I think showboat occurs after the play as a result, and monster hit happens during? so it can affect more fumbles?

also, if you have both, can both trigger on a sack? I've never known for sure

if someone can shed some light on this, it would be great

Showboat is gold on a high sack or TFL blitzer. My blitzing LB has 15 forced fumbles and yet has the lowest power tackling of all my LBs. The problem with Monster Hit is that you're spending SP that can go elsewhere.

I've never seen Monster Hit trigger on a sack with a guy that already has showboat. Not sure if they both can't fire at the same time or if it's just a visual thing.

showboat: incredibly powerful in rookie. Only bronze SA that is AMAZING (imo)

monster hit: meh imo -- even at gold

well here's a guy that has showboat and monster hit that forced a QB fumble and monster hit showed up...

but it says in replay that the fumble was caused by Ocean... anyone want to break down this play? Maybe monster hit occurred when he first touched the QB (before the actual sack), then ocean (the DE) came in for the other 0.5 of the sack (who doesn't have showboat)? It looks like the QB lost a TON of morale there
