I know they are really nice for the running game with the pulls and intim for cakes, i've never done a passing OLineman, are S* worth it for passing teams?

Only because there should be at least one detractor in every debate. I have no good reason to think S* OLine is beneficial to an all-pass team.

No not really, for all pass team you just need guys with 60 or so pass block tech and a lot of conditioning and toughness so you can rock only 2 Gs, 2 OTs, and 1 C. Pretty easy to beat that with non S* OL. Just want to save as much cap space as possible for S* WR's and S* TE's.
