It would be interesting, but you would still have to have backups because you would have to keep the roster as lean as possible to still have S* dots in other key positions and linemen are cheap. That would be my take.

A -- if there's anything that sucks more than building an o-lineman, it's building a back up o-lineman.
B -- by the time the non S* take all the good traits, they all add 20% or more to the salary cap -- ergo a team with 5 S* o-lineman would save money

It is not necessary to carry backup O-Linemen, even if they arent superstars.

Say what you will about these teams varying levels of success, their limitations are not due to O-Line depth.
