Week two in the Dachshund League

Western Branch Bruins @ Sissy Girl

I believe Sissy Girl is a CPU Challenge team. The Bruins roster is not full but they do have more human players. The Sissy Girls have the potential to win this one but until I see them pulling more upsets I am going to take teams with more human players

Boise St Stallions @ Couch Bums

The Battle for alpha division. I have respect for ryokeley but I am going to be a homer and take the Bums to win this dogfight.

Deez Nuts @ Chernobyl Mutants

Battle for beta division. Deez Nuts should win this one unless they have a nuclear meltdown.

Blue Mountain State Goats @ Colorado Spring Bears

TyDavis315 got him an all-star staff. He shouldn't need them this game to beat the CPU Bears.

Maine Hitmen @ New York Avengers

The Avengers should beat the all CPU Hitmen. (oofty are you from Maine?)

Little Lebowski Urban Achievers @ LUElinks LUEshis

The Battle for gamma division. My Game of the Week. If I have to pick one to win I will go with Gogetta's Little Lebowski Urban Achievers

Oh they're ready. They had a pretty nasty case of the blues this morning but are g2g atm.

Considering I won't actually be trying on offense until probably mid season, I have even more time to focus on defense. We shouldn't have anymore 3rd quarter meltdowns (although we did have one late in the 4th in our ladder game and literally almost won the game until time expired)

I'm very much looking forward to it. You'll be the first decent team we face, and even if we get blown out I expect to learn a lot. Dee has been whipping them into shape all morning and the team is sufficiently drained now and ready for tomorrow.

GG LLUA, was hoping for a loss as I realized I needed the team to not make the playoffs in order to have the roster flexibility late season to ensure my roster plans for next season go off without a hitch. I will set to default tactics the rest of the season, so have fun beating us up! Might still try to do well in ladder games though.

Good game to you. Even though it's rookie ball, I know what you and your boys are capable of as an owner/team, so I put in quite a bit of scouting for that one. Can't wait to see what you guys become in the future.
