More importantly, why no Tribune?

I OC and DC Da Beers, sometimes i OC and or DC Vilseck but I usually let Catopia call their plays
I OC Kapitol Killers
I have players scatter on some other teams.
I am slacking. I did the Tribune for the two rookie leagues I am in.
