After searching I think I have some decent builds.. but as a rookie RB what should you concentrate on first? I know it depends on what type of team built, but in this instance just let's say a well rounded back. Where would you start? Balance Conditioning Heart? Start building with quickness and speed?

I always start with speed and conditioning. No matter what kind of back it is.
