He's 3 star i cant recruit him but i am looking for a 4 Wrs. i need a possesion WR, and speed one(also use for ST)

just mae oe you think woul be good try to have caps like 70 speed 70 receving 50ish conditioning. but getting cwtching stats and speed are worth it
