I took over the DC duties when ours went inactive last season. I have done a pretty good job developing a defense against balanced offenses but realize I am over my head when it comes to scheming against pass and run only teams. I would like an experienced coordinator who has free reign to work with the defense however they want. They will run the defense without intervention from the owner and will be supported roster-wise in the offseason as they see fit. I set up scrimmages when you want and will get the dots you want to augment our core. Let me know if you are interested.

We have a solid offensive coordinator that knows how to score points. I want an experienced DC who can take us to the next level of a league championship. I let the coordinators do their thing. I just get players and we have reloaded a roster with the capacity to compete and now need a dedicated DC to take us to the next level on that side of the ball.

It has been our defense that has held us back and has kept us in the edge of elite. I ran the defense last year and I don't have the experience against the one dimensional teams. We did well against the balanced teams. An experienced DC knows setting up the defenses and tactics takes a little time and more day to day fine tuning than other coordinator positions. Bring your championship level defensive skills to the Dragons and we will win a championship and climb the ladder towards the top.

I have had some PMs from guys who ask me for a chance. I want to give everyone a chance but we are on the verge of championships with an experienced team. This team is owed an experienced coordinator. If we were a rookie team, I would be all over letting someone learn as we go.
