Regardless of whether you're on a computer-owned team or a human-owned team, you play twice every three days (one of these games is a league game vs a league opponent, one is a ladder game against a similarly-ranked team not in your league). Some human teams also set up scrimmages (which cost flex points - aka money) to try out strategies, so some players on human teams get more than 2 games every 3 days, although only the 2 actual games count for anything.
