Many players I have already made, as I went on a building spree early on.

There are a couple of players I'm retiring, and a few replacing nonboosters on the team I coach for, and a number of others that if they get a good offer will play next season, plus I'll build some players for the team that wants them. Even those on the Hartford Cows, a team that was mostly cpu and whose owner was very nice to let some players of mine go midseason because of that, are likely available next season.

Plus, if you have a position you need that I find interesting, I'll build some additional players and get them up to Sophomore level before time runs out to fill the position.

There is a catch, and that is I need players on both your offense and your defense so I can enjoy watching the games, and the players on the offense can't only be blockers-- though I have blockers I'll provide or will build others as part of the deal. I'd also love to build a HB or TE (I have WR's available, and my TE may be). If I get to build you a HB, I'll build people to block for him too.

What won't work is if you're really, really uncommunicative and send a contract and don't say what combo of players interests you, or if I think signing my players with you will mean my players will be surrounded by cpu players on a team that'll lose lots of games. Or on the other hand, it won't work if I'm given a "build plan" and you want me to spend my flex building players to your vision. You can say "I want a power HB" or a "pass rushing DE" (even a "spin cycle DE") or something; that is fine. But "build plans" with specifics are so GLB1, and are why I didn't play there for that long. What's great here is that there's no one way to build, and if I'm playing flex I get to choose my starting stats and traits and the details of the build.
