Peter Norman: "Good evening everybody and welcome to the kickoff of Rookie Media Day, Season 13. We have a bunch of new teams coming into GLB II Rookie tier and we are going to start off with one of the more controversial ones. GE has decided to reset his team and begin "Phase II....whatever that means

Just then, the lights get dim and the big screen TV above the podium begins to play GE's theme video:

GE is marching to the podium in lock step with the Stormtroopers and another new face.
PN: "Here comes GE now, flanked by his Stormtroopers. And who is the new guy with him?"
GE steps up to the podium.
GE: "Ahhh....good evening. I am pleased to announce, as most of you already know, that GE will be resetting. Phase I is complete and now it is time for Phase II to commence."
PN: "GE, I have a question..."
GE: "That's MR GE."
PN: "Mr GE, you mentioned that Phase I is complete. What did Phase I consist of?"
GE: "It was an experimental phase. We needed to get information on how to build players, how to select plays, create tactics and the like. And of course, how to build a great zone defense."
PN: "What will Phase II consist of and what will mark it's completion?"
GE: "The GLB II Universe will know when Phase II is complete."
PN: "How many phases until your ultimate goal is reached?"
GE: "We shall reach our ultimate goal at the end of the thrice Phase."
PN: "What is the ultimate goal?"
GE: "When the time is right, GLB II will know when my master plan has come to fruition. Along the way, we will enjoy defeating rebel GLB legends, such as Hayrow, Boss, AZ, Xars, Peeti, AirMcMVP, TehKyou, Dredgar, Rob and especially that pesky Monkey.
PN: "So I see a new face among your peers. Who might that be?"
GE: "I would like to introduce the new Offensive Coordinator for my team, cybertron. He hails from Cybertron, home of the Decepticons. While I have always fielded a great defensive team, we needed help on the offensive side of the ball. He not only comes from great villain pedigree, but also runs a tight ship. He will bring the expertise we need on the offensive side of the ball to help reach our ultimate goal."
PN: "Will he bring along some superstars?"
GE: "Yes, he has been training several players on Cybertron, including a few super stars. I sent scouts to the far corners of the GLB universe to find players who fit our scheme and personality. They were sent to Cybertron to train."
PN: "So what type of offense will cybertron bring to your new team?"
GE: "He will run the most diverse and balanced offense in GLB II history. Everything you can think of on offense, he will run."
PN: "Can you expand on the new players?"
GE: "From now until the beginning of season 13, I will periodically hold a press conference to introduce a new player on our team and give a back ground of him and what he brings to the team."
PN: "Are you going to introduce any new players tonight."
GE: "As a matter of fact, Peter, yes I am. The first player I will introduce is one of the faster players in the GLB universe. Introducing Starscream, the legendary Decepticon who transforms into an F-15!"

GE: "He will be playing WR in the slot position and will burn any DB who tries to hold him. He will open up the deep pass and keep the defenses honest."
PN: "Ok, I gotta ask. What is the name of your new team?"
GE: "Peter, you know I can't release the team name now. It will be revealed at the beginning of season 13. Now I leave you all with this: Beware and cautious when you cross the path of the new and improved team of GE. We will leave you with a lower moral and a lower ELO....BWAHAHAHAHAH!!!"
