I remember a thread on this but couldn't remember exactly how it was done. I want to make a new LB for my team next season and wanted to use that trick where he reaches to soph one ladder game early or w/e then catches up to seasoned.

I haven't done this on purpose but it happened to me one of the first guys I made. I just played 1 extra game that season and leveled up and then I did the catch up. So I assume you would just get him in two games on one day and then catch up in the off-season.
