Your player get the SP when the sim is done, it generally takes about 30 minutes.

About games not giving you SP it's because pickup game don't give SP at all, only ladder and league games do.

Me too. I apply it to whatever skills are causing me to lose the game and cross my fingers.

Lokiness it was not a pickup game but for some reason compared to my third game it gave me hardly any sp third game -800 sp second game - 20 like the hell i didn't even do that bad i went allot of yards and still nothing how does this game work for sp ? because that is weird (O.o i even got a TD by the way if there is a way to show my stats from the match i will if you let me know how because i find that so stupid to only get 20 sp for that match)

Also is there any way to get a second player for free or is it payed only ?

All league and ladder games give your player 750 SP, even if he doesn't play, as long as he was signed with the team at the moment the team played. You probably got confused over which game you already received the SP for.

No if you want more players you have to pay for it.

If you want to see your player stat in a specific game go at the bottom of his profile and click "GAME LOG" it shows you his stats in every game he played this season, that include scrimmages and pickup games even though they don't grant any SP.

I see i guess i can't give any proof that i got hardly any sp.

one last question how many matchs happen before i can get into a team that has a player as a manager or just a better team since the team i'm in now is just rubbish hardly anyone can catch or run at best i think we have me and the quarter back and some line backers (i'm kinda new to playing for a long amount of time)

You have to find someone to sign you to a human team. Or hope someone has their settings to take anyone then just sign with them. Easier in rookie than any year after I think.

Go there and look for team that matches what tier you will be going into and post that you would like a spot.

Yes, HB and QB are hard positions to find a team for. If you are willing to retire your HB in the offseason, you can create a high demand player and hope to get some offers.

Thats is hard to do after putting you hope into the player you have made and i believe in my HB that he will get better and will be a Ace of a team sooner or later so i'm not going to retire my guy i will keep going with him no matter what.
