Logzilla is probably eliminated from the race for #1 overall now. Dropping to 5 losses today against Madison puts it out of reach I'd think with the other teams still at 2-3 losses.

Should be a fun finish to the season!

Wrath's team is back to where it used to be. They just dominated Ground Assault.

Just looking at Wrath's stats. Looks like Cordell DeJesus (QB) doesn't run the ball anymore.

Apparently you just run that CB blitz play and profit against our offense.

I just watched the 1st quarter. You ran to the strong side out of I formation about 95% of the time. What did you expect him to call?

In reality strongside should be the right call, the play isnt handled properly. The reality is the cb doesnt get picked up properly, the fb should be picking up the cb and the wr should be collapsing inside to seal someone off. Right now the wr hesitates then tries to pick up the safety and the fb struggles to pick up the cb.

Edit: check the fsm game went mostly weakside but new contain logic nullifies that.

Also im all for making closing speed only fire if chasing the ball carrier from behind, its a bit silly to see stuff like that.

So we can make Closing Speed useless too?

Interesting there are now teams with more losses ahead of ones with less now at the top of the ladder

not quite sure why Richmond is #1 though... my losses were to #1, #4, and #7 while they lost to #2 (got hammered), #5, and #13

There's most likely going to be controversy of who should be #1 at the end of the season...

Not sure why that is surprising. Especially considering they are within a loss of each other. PORN and Omaha showed pretty well how that works last season in Rookie.

The CB blitzing isn't as big an issue as not having a TE to help clog up the LBs. You gain nothing going weakside. We just don't have as strong of a rushing defense build as Winnipeg. They broke tackles where we didn't.
