his being my first season, I havent really thought about it until now. Like do they mixed up the teams from rookie to soph, or am I stuck in the same shitty league for a while.

You might be, it depends on how many teams fold/reset in the off season. If enough do, you could be moved to another league.

If you stay in the same league though, they don't shuffle the divisions around.

Generally teams reset and the leagues sort of mishmash bringing good teams together.

oh ok, I have that to look forward too. so there is no relegation or promotion.

Nope it's designed to promote rivalries over the seasons. And the ladder is used to create equal matchups between the teams within your rank overall.
