If you're a Top 10 team in your tier, who are the highest rated 7 that you should get? (Yes, you probably won't get all 7 but we can dream right?)

Just the top 7 so you would ironically be tied with WCW with 8.857

After that add up the total of the teams ranks and divide it by 7.
