I am in my second year and I've realized that several of my players are going to plateau too soon due to me building them before having any game knowledge or experience. I will be returning next season along with my team. However after that I am unsure of what my status as an owner/coach will be.
I would like to get an outsider's opinion of who can be salvaged or what could be done to give my team that little bit more. As it sits now, I am a whipping boy in the Ladder but seem to be holding my own in League play.
Would preferably like one of the bigger name (read: more successful/experienced) agents/coaches/owners to do so.
- Yes all my players are currently unviewable but for this mentor, I'd open up access.
