Since I'm not sure that I want any more long-term commitments at this time, I'm thinking of offering my help to team(s) that are looking to make a league championship run and could use the help with their special teams. (It is possible that I could stay with a team for more than one season, though.)
Ultimately I would prefer to work with higher level dots as it makes my job easier, but I think I'd consider teams as low as the minor leagues. Also, it doesn't matter whether the team is in the casual or the normal leagues.
I'm fairly flexible if there are any restrictions on which dots that can be used - besides the obvious ones like skill players on offense. However, if there is a change that needs to be made to the settings I would prefer to either be the one to make it - or failing that, a heads up about it. (There have been times in past when people have made changes without telling me and they led to negative plays. Its very frustrating.)
