Your in the wrong forum for advertising your players services. Honestly I'd retire him based on what I see with your build and start from scratch on a team with a coordinator/coach/owner that can also provide you with some build advice. I already have the HB's for my team or I'd offer you a spot for a new HB. If you decide to do this there will definitely be some teams that will help guide you to be successful.

I already have the HB's for my team or I'd offer you a spot for a new HB. If you decide to do this there will definitely be some teams that will help guide you to be successful.
