GG GLB2. Why simulate football when you can simulate a football simulation that you already made, and then do a worse job (but add graphics!)

today we learned cover 1 is horrendous for stopping outside runs. seriously never run cover 1 vs the run or you'll get destroyed like this every time it pulls the safeties inside leaving you super vulnerable.

Don't worry I felt the same today when I ran Middle Overload 50 times against 3 and 4 WR like a total noob.

Contain Expert also needs a huge buff. You see it fire all of the time, but you never see it lead to a broken block (even on players that have invested in breaking blocks to stop the running game).

Two misses this season, both resulted in losing games.

You ran SB trip WR1 clearout 14 times for a 100% completion (yes 14/14)


Of your 84 passes...67 were the same 4 pass plays over and over.


Romo ran inside 34 times from 5 different plays (qty of 10/9/5/5/5)

He ran 29 times outside with 5 different plays - PS sweep 17 / big I left 7 / I sweep strong 2 / big I counter left 2 / I pitch weak 1


Your offense was spammier than his was.

And don't think I wouldn't change that, there's just so much in this game that "works" and "doesn't work" and one of those things is run/pass balance and another is pass play effectiveness and run play effectiveness.

You ask why WR1 Clearout had a 100% success rate? Because it looks like this:

The problem with Contain Expert is that it doesn't fire until a play is outside the tackles. At that point it only has one function and that is to not be pancaked by providing the extra balance. It doesn't function as any sort of containment because the play has likely already passed you by at DE or OLB.

What would the buff to it be? Even if you added another 15 Run Break Block and Balance at gold it likely would still function pretty much the same except it would probably end up helping a run corner quite a bit more.
