Didn't have time to get to predictions last week so here I am for Week 8.

Bullet Club/NWO v. Colorado Spring Mambas

Two meddling teams face off each other in what might be a difficult game to predict. I'll go with Bullet Club since they have a better overall record though they just seem to struggle in league play for some reason. Bullet Club 21-17

Legacy v. Legacy's Dynasty

The two Legacy teams face off though Legacy is a much improved team while Dynasty is an easy win. Legacy wins 35-0

D-Town Blackshirts v. Atlanta Falcons

This might turn out to be a good game. D-Town has done well in league play while Atlanta has been very up and down. One week they beat the 2nd best team in the tier and the next week they tie with a below .500 Empire. Really hard to figure out who will show up for them. For now lets go with the Falcons showing up 24-13

Empire's Zone Strikes Back v. Portland Ronin

Empire got a surprising tie against Atlanta this week while Ronin has been doing well lately though it hasn't always been pretty. Can GE's zone defense do well against Ronin? Can Ronin stop GE's mediocre offense? Only time will tell but for now I'll go with Empire winning a boring one 10-6

Las Vegas Outlaws v. Vol Nation

Las Vegas got curb stomped by PORN last game while Vol Nation continues to be the league's perennial fluffer. Las Vegas should win this one easily 17-0

EEA 2.0 v. PORN

Last but not least we have the game of the week and probably the game of the league regular season. The #1 PORN team playing what to me right now is the #2 team in the league in EEA. EEA has been good all season with their run offense. EEA has been in some very close games this season but has more often than not come out on top. PORN on the other hand has crushed almost all of their competition in league and ladder play. Closest game to date was by 9 points. After that you're looking at something like 25 or 26 points which is pretty crazy considering they've already played most of the to teams in the tier. As good as EEA has been on the ground they might find it hard to get too much going and trying to stop the PORN passing attack at the same time. PORN 31-13

Too easy to stop the rushing attack this early in the season. I think PORN handles us pretty easily.

Hmmmm...you actually picked Empire to win.

Could be the needed kick in the pants to get DD to switch up his offense and defense for the first time in 4 seasons

it's builds pretty much, i have my fellas pretty balanced and not too heavy in their specialties right now, but as time goes on they'll start coming around.

i have tweaked tactics and plays on both O and D since the reset and as the games have been played.

essentially, Ronin are a work in progress and i'm not worried.






plus TxSteve is ex-ronin so he knew our 1.0 routine.

Ya - I look for any chance to pick on you. Ronin were the inspiration for the stunners -- and you/twerk even shared some about your HB builds.

Though I do remember you saying "you have to pass sometime...all run will never work"

GG's to EEA , Legacy, Porn, Atlanta, it really shows how tough this league and i tip my hat to them. Sorry about being so quiet just started a new job and had to put paying my bills over this game for a while. BC is starting to find its way. We haven't given up just yet.
