Can't you get a S* slot for refer a friend?

Technically he is getting me the S* CB. It won't be his, but when your busy like me now and these days I don't have time to put specific it names down now, so if I haven't met you before I put the person that recruited you or I'll just put taken. I'll get to know you more once your on the team.
