Been a while since I had a rookie team... my QB fumbles the handoff way to much. Which stat is it that stops this? I thought it was leadership is there something else. Heart? Stamina level? Thanks.

ok..thanks..chem is on the rise...hopefully problem will go away. Dont really want to put toooo much into leadership in rookie season. Sigh..i think we are averaging over 4 fumbles a game atm

It's cheap and very important in managing morale for the whole offence.

Another question how come the qb's grip is ridiculous high when running the football. I see QBS run the ball 50 times in a game and don't fumble. There must be something wrong with. The Qb's grip isn't hight than a RB. It just doesn't make sense, it probably needs to be fixed.

most people have the QB set to run OOB as much as possible and put Mr. R/BFI on them
