Week 1 has brought us a few good match ups. Some predictable some not so......

Strange music vs ISNHS - The first of the alpha match ups. This is the toughest division so should bring some of the best games. As #1 in the power rankings ISNHS have the edge. However I think this will end up being closer than the rankings would have us believe. If strange music can get an early lead they may be able to hold on due to the low energy that may effect the Virgins early on in the year.

Denver Nightmares vs Seneca Hands of Fate - This matchup could be closer later on in the season or if Denver can fill that roster with decent players. As it is for now Seneca are huge favourites and this is probably the best time to play Denver and will likely help Seneca rack up some points to help with that Wildcard spot

Rochester Zephyrs vs Minneapolis Crows - CPU vs Skynet. YAWN skynet wins by a lot probably
Skynet by 50
OMAHA Beef vs San Diego Sperm Whales - Probably the best match up of the week. Personally we were hoping to have OMAHA as late as possible to try and counter the rQB. However luck was not on our side. It should still be a good game and one that could have big Wildcard reprecussions!

Mannheim Steamrollers vs Houston 'we have a problem' Gangsters - The non boosting Dan gets quite a lucky division to be able to ride out to start catching up on the SP differencial. Easy win to start, nothing else to be said

Grands Rapids Flash vs Kensington Browns - Does anyone really care? GRF are slightly more active so well done you gus. Victory for you
