Some possible upgrades:

(x2) Run Blocking Heavy Guards - Needs some pass blocking though
Run Stuffing DE (75+ BRB, high blitz aware, good tackling)
Hard hitting/Strip LB (70+ Tackle Tech and Power tackling and 50+ speed)
Hard Hitting FS (50+ power tackling)

Here's your BTE - absolute beastly blocker - 2nd all time in Osprey league pancakes behind line mate at ROT. Actually can catch in traffic on Clearouts, drags and hooks, (not gonna go far afterwards, but hey, he's a blocker!) Shoot me a contract, thx, Al

Might work. Not sure we'll have the cap to take on a vet for a blocker, looking for someone younger (cheaper)
