So during my divorce I stopped playing GLB1. My brother asked me about the game last Tuesday so I logged in just to see if I had anything still on there and low and behold I had a TON of flex points. Checked out the new site here and GLB2 and wanted to throw out there that while I get reacquainted with the game I am willing to create a dozen players if there is an owner who needs them. I will build to how you want to use them on your team. Cheers

You should just get a team. That would be the best way to immerse yourself and get acquainted with the game.

I'd suggest getting involved with some established teams at this stage or making your own team and getting some other agents in on it with you.
While you do have a lot of flex to spend, if you were to start your own team right now and fill it only with your own players all you will be doing is going through a very expensive learning period. You only get a 30% return on the flex invested on players that have put in a full seasons worth of playing time when you retire them. So, you could find yourself having bought the team, paid the initial creation cost on the players, paid the boosting cost (which over time is by far the largest cost), only to find a season or two into it that you don't like your builds and want to restart. The thing to keep in mind is that the full cost of owning a team (with all your own players and keeping them fully boosted) works out to roughly 100k flex (depending on how many 50, 100, 150 point players you have) over the full life of the players (9 seasons when all boosts are accounted for). So, while 91k flex seems like a lot, it could disappear fast depending on how you approach the game.
Instead, put a season or two in with a handful of players that you have placed on some established teams, talk to current agents about builds, and when you feel ready get your own team.
Long story short: do what you are planning to do in your original post.
