I have looked a lot of places what i get to do with the money my player makes, and I can't find anything. So crazy idea here why dont for each x amount of dollars a player makes you can turn it in for flex points? just a crazy idea, from a new player

Nothing.
Salaries are simply a way to control team building.
exchanging your salary for flex points will never work -- it would destroy the entire business model for the game

oh well what happens when people realize this and the owners own their own players and start underpaying them, so they can get the really good players on their team?
Just asking if it has happened yet?
Also what if the top salary in each position got flex points?

There's penalties and bonus's based on the pay scale.

Only 3 options for salary:
Low: cheapest and you max at 50 chemistry which is a really, really big problem
Medium: in the middle - no penalty - no advantage
High: high salary - player gets +25 heart and player regains chemistry at a slightly higher rate.

Which is a really, really big advantage. Don't underestimate what having 25 extra heart can do on a player

I dropped my kickoff specialist down to a Low contract, because I thought "It's just the Kickoff guy, why does 100 chemistry matter for him?" Whoops, big mistake. My touchback rate has plummeted.

I dropped my kickoff specialist down to a Low contract, because I thought "It's just the Kickoff guy, why does 100 chemistry matter for him?" Whoops, big mistake. My touchback rate has plummeted.

Or maybe it's because kicking velocity has been beat across the head by the nerf bat. I dropped my K/O Specialist to Low last season and he actually went up on his average.
