I recall seeing something about salaries awhile ago, however, how can teams be in the negative by more than 200,000? Thought there was something in place to prevent this from happening? Or did I miss something?

Although, as someone who was once 'corrected'/punished for being over the cap, I think it's lame teams can be 500k+ over like the Stunners (750k+ over actually)

nothing I can do about it. can't modify anything. told stobie about it. it is there for anyone to see -- why haven't they programmed it in to allow me to fix it?

He said he didn't have the ability to fix it, I'm asking why? 750,000 over the salary cap is an extra 25 Heart at the Vet level, it's pretty significant. Plus teams like QC in the past were given flak until he eventually signed low contracts to get his team under.

Ok - got it figured out.
Would be a lot easier if they allowed you to renegotiate anything that reduced your salary cap -- I eventually figured out I could not reduce someone if it still left me negative (was trying to reduce 2 guys to make the gap up) -- had to reduce someone a LOT -- then reduce the others -- then add back.
it was silly - and would be very difficult for a non-single-agent team to deal with.

was really a much needed change anyway.
got:
CB5 (20 snaps a game) on medium
got pass rushing LB on medium (who never does anything anyway)
and got coverage LB's on high form medium
definitely improved the team and gets my salary cap positive. Thanks romo!

Actually it was done by an admin. Just happened one day, lol. I got my FB chucked to a low contract. I had to maneuver things later that day myself to make it optimal in my own eyes. All in all cost my chemistry.
