Going to start my new team next season and felt like starting early on the recruiting front.

I'm pretty OCD when it comes to the offense and therefore will be making all of the role positions like Oline and blocking TE and such, so only 4 open spots on offense. I'm exceeding picky/micromanaging when it comes to build design on offense, so if you want one of the open skill positions I'll need you to PM me.

Defense is going to be man (learned from my mistake) with a willingness to blitz but I don't want the LBs/CBs building towards it. You never know when they'll nerf it into oblivion. We are also going for more Technique based players than power based.
