We are looking for a OC. Our last OC was a fantastic tactician and found our identity as a running team and I would like to continue with this personality. We will be a team that grinds for 60 minutes, moves the chains, and takes advantage of scoring opportunities. We have a great core of players to work with and we are adding some more with our focus more on running the ball. We are not abandoning the pass, just feeding off the run game to put ourselves in position to eat up the clock. We have a great defense and a good offense will take this team past the first round of the playoffs.
I am a hands off owner. You coach the offense, I simply support what you are doing. I do want someone who can help direct agents with their builds to help build long term sustainable success. I am active in the sense I like to know where we are going, but won't get in the way of getting there. I do want someone who shares in my philosophy of building a power run offense with a capable short passing game and winning the time of possession game within the game. Please let me know if you are interested and would like to fill this position rather quickly so if you see any roster issues, we can address them before the season starts. I will also give you the scrimmages you need to test lineups and plays.
