For a FB, you could take some out of Speed/Confidence and go Strength (this would allow you to build around the YAC attack SA).

You need high Agility and high Awareness. You have less time to react to the ball in flight so the Awareness is needed for that (and to activate SAs like MR Reliable and YAC Attack) and the Agility so you can catch. You shouldn't need a lot of Catch in Traffic, but high Receiving and Carry Grip is helpful.

Don't try to make him break tackles. Just build him to get open and catch passes.

This. My TE is a power build and it's completely wasted. Gold Power Thru, gold YAC Attack, plenty of sp dumped into carrying abilities... a total waste.

Ya, the break tackle route is useless. I would focus mostly on Mr. Reliable and Brace for Impact. Maybe even Catch in Stride. As far as SA's go. I have gone with both the juke and power thru.YAC Attack routes and neither have paid off whatsoever for the most part. Mr. Reliable and B4I will give you better YAC results.
