Was wondering if someone could help me out with plays and tactics, i'm new to the game and made a bunch of players to see how the build process goes, but I want to win right off the bat when I get a team.
As an OC of a successful pure rushing team I can throw some good offensive rushing plays at ya -
Inside HBs -Weak I HB Slam -Singleback Spread HB Dive Weak -Proset HB Slam -Strong I HB Slam -Weak I HB Dive Weak -Goalline Off Tackle/ Off Tackle Weak (these work well with the GL sweeps and rollouts to throw off scouting)
Inside QB -Shotgun QB Slam -Strong I QB Slam -Shotgun 5WR QB Slam Strong/Weak (This always catches teams off guard because they don't think to change their 5WR defense from blitzing)
Outside HB -Strong I HB Sweep Strong -Big I HB Sweep Left -Pro Set HB Sweep -Singleback Spread HB Pitch Strong/Weak (these work really well in conjunction with the SB Spreak dives and slams to throw off scouting) -Goalline HB sweep (see HB GL OT runs)
Outside QB - IForm QB Rollout Rush - Strong I QB Rollout Rush - Pro Set QB Rollout Rush - Big I Rollout Right/Left (Homerun plays) - SB Trips QB Rollout Strong/Weak (Homerun plays) - SB Spread QB Rollout Rush Strong/Weak (Homerun plays, see SB HB Pitch)
There are a lot of other good rushes but these are my rushing offenses bread and butter. The counters become more effective in Seasoned and beyond. The best plays are always the plays that your team is built to execute.

these plays are all REALLY EASY to gameplan for. Only plan on using them against scrubs who don't give a shit.

Thanks.
Best advice is to find someone whose already been coaching/coordinating who is looking to help with a team and sign them up so they can teach you as they run offense or defense or GM or what not.
Also, figure what style team your going for... Rushing, Passing, or Balanced offense, etc.

Best advice is to figure what kind of offense and defense you want to run and then find a top team that runs it and make note of what plays they use and build a playbook. Once you get play books, tactics, and a full roster scrim teams, watch the scrims and make adjustments till you are happy with the playbook and tactics. Once you get a feel for coordinating you can then start building you're own unique playbooks. This is how i got started and i believe my results speak for themselves.
Originally posted by DeeVee8 Yes but when I use Shotgun QB Slam with Trips QB Rollout it can throw off an opposing DC pretty easily. Especially with a well built rQB.
What plays would you use against non-scrubs?
I love going Singleback Spread and then run a Slam or Dive play.. TEHEHEHE.

What plays would you use against non-scrubs? watch some Hub City/Ground Assault ladder games this season (don't watch Hub vs MEM, I fucked up the gameplan for that) and you'll find out.
