I'm sure this'll get a bunch of down votes... but I'd like to see a limit on the amount of teams a person can coach on to one team per tier.

I like it. But can we change it to 3?

Nothing wrong with associating with other people and being part of multiple teams in the same tier.

So let me get this straight.

I am DC of two teams. Both teams reset. I am randomly relieved of one of those jobs?

The admins aren't going to limit people's participation in the game. The only real worry would be collusion of some sort. If you suspect something along those lines, contact support.
