So I've experienced the pain of going against a pure passing team and I need help to figure out what defensive plays to combat those types as well as pure rushing types for the future. I want to be competitive and have a shot at winning. I understand that builds can affect these plays as well.

So, I saw against one pass team 4-4 ZEB and 4-4 OLB blitz had some effect, but what is the whole list of plays and builds that would give me the best chance?

Personally against a pure pass team I try to 1 cb ahead of their wr's. So if they have 2 wr out I would have 3cbs

Your safeties need to have coverage skills if your using a 4-4, especially against an all pass team that's likely going to be mostly (or only) 3 WR sets.

What's the goal you want out of blitzing? Sacks mean your linebackers need more speed than you'd expect. If you just want to demoralize the QB, and drain his morale, then having a very high intimidation linebacker with Gold Trash Talk is a solid option. Use plays that blitz him and only him, then drop back everyone else into coverage.
