The end of division games part 1
Here is what we know. Right now Jugg can not compete with CPU. CPU will go 3-0 and Juggs will go 0-3. Doesn't mean Juggs are done for the season. Still have holes to fill and then start winning. Fappeners and Dead World both face cpu teams and will go 3-0. The only meaning in these two games is who will come out in the end with highest scoring offense, number offense, lowest score against defense and best defense. Otherwise there is nothing in those 3 games. Sorry Juggs.
The other 3 games are early season position battles with all 6 teams at 1-1. The three teams that win will remain within a game of the division leaders and stay alive in the early part of the season for playoff spots. So with no further preface let's talk games.
Flames vs Vikings
This is one part of trifecta of games that feature a team that is new to the league versus an incumbent of the league. Both teams lost to CPU and both beat Haxfootball. Now Vikings did beat Haxfootball by more but Haxfootball had less of a roster. Haven't watched either team play and it would be easy to make a baseless judgment. Vikings are the incumbent but I've picked against Flames twice and they won last week and felt I didn't give them enough credit. So colored me swayed. Flames burn the Vikings by 7.
Kentucky vs M&M
I like M&M from last season through this. They have constantly made attempts to improve and keep getting better. Kentucky owner is active in trying to learn the game. They didn't exactly like their first game in sophomore and struggled in their ladder game. They got their first win last week to give them something to try and turn things around. Now how does this work out for this matchup? I've talked about Kentucky being the #4 seed and they need this game to stay on track. M&M though could be a tough matchup for them. Based on their games vs DWC I give it to M&M. M&M by 10.
Brolo vs San Jose
Honestly expected more from Brolo so far. They were a playoff team last season and already see the slim playoff chances running away. San Jose has worked hard to change what happened last season and have improved. To what extent is unknown. Do they have what it takes to move on? This is a good early season matchup for both teams. San Jose by 10.
After this game we open up into the non division games for the next 8 games. No one wants to be worse then 6-2 through those 8 games and have a good shot at playoffs. Will any team go regular season perfect??
