What would be ideal first SA on scat backs?

My offense has 3 s*wr and a s*te. Then 2 other wr a te and a fb (very minor role) also grabbing passes. So primetime with lack of jumping, diving and TD is out.

Mr. Reliable, in my opinion, is your easy answer. It adds to carry grip AND receiving grip, so you bring in the ball more and don't fumble. For a pure scat back, I'd go with YAC Attack (if power...which is a good idea) and Catch in Stride, too.

Ya a pure scat back on 100% pass team. Honestly wish I had paid attention to YAC attack to make a power scat back. I think it would have been interesting.

So based on remaining looks like Mr Reliable or CiS atm...

What about a mixed usage back. Some catching, some runs? Was also thinking Mr. Reliable, but wasn't sure of a second SA.

You build them exactly like a receiver if on a 100% passing team. HF, FS, PT are the SAs. Perhaps a slightly bigger carrying grip investment since they're going to suffer more safety/lb tackles than a WR.

Would rather have mr reliable than first step. Fs just isn't all that amazing since players just aren't very fast.

I dunno. I'd probably put Catch in Stride above Mr. Reliable myself.

Balance is more useful than carrying awareness. I'd be more likely to pump it up to 50+ than carrying awareness on a scatback. It's not hard to get the 35-45 receiving grip you need to more or less nullifying KL passes to an acceptable level. Any LB with enough tackling ability to inflict a higher % of KLs on you isn't going to be able to cover you very well to begin with.

I figure since I'm asking I better show so everyone knows where I'm at.

12 rec 17 targets 2 drops after 2 games.

Looks fine to me man. Going in a good direction with him IMO.

Just figured it would make discussing what SA route to go easier. Granted I need to watch film still as our first game was just not reliable. Hub City game should give me a better idea of if head fake would be of use at all.

I've even thought about using brace for impact because of the lower cap on carry grip and as a solo back the energy and morale savings... He basically sees as much time as our QB on the field.

See how many fumbles you have this season. I suspect you won't see enough to bother with b4i.

High balance with CiS.

Head Fake is useless. Who you gonna fake out? The LB that is 5 yards down field? Most of his catches, I assume, will be within 5 yards of the LOS.

It's worth it.
