There really aren't any - contracts are ALL one season long, no multi year deals, and are all set at either "low", "medium", or "high". The exact salary is determined by your position, level, and the traits selected at creation, but are still set to the Low, Medium, or High number. Which you have is on your player's page, right below your team name, above your username.
Medium contracts are the standard. All things with them are normal.
On a Low contract, chemistry gain is slower, and is capped at 50 maximum chemistry (medium or high contracts reach 100 chem).
With a High contract, chemistry is gained faster and players get a +25 bonus to the Heart attribute.
On a team with an inactive owner, like yours currently, your contract is non-binding on your end. Other teams can offer you contracts, and you can sign with them whenever you want, leaving your existing team.
