Well next season I will be only coordinating my own team, I do both OC and DC. Last season our defense was pretty good but my offense is what tripped us up, anyhow i was thinking I would like to take on one more DC job this next season coming up. I will scout for probably all games but if not, definitely will for the big games. If/when I dont have time to gameplan I will insert an AI that is more against pass or run for the game but generally I can scout enough to tweak the AI for an opponent.
I will only take on a job that seems like a good fit for me. If for some reason it doesnt feel right, I will keep looking.
