So I softcapped speed while training stamina. All equipment is currently on stamina. What should I do next? Im planning on softcapping vision. Hows that sound? Or should I go evenly between vision and agility? I will probably train stamina for a few more days at least.

10 Agility is quite low. Since you're a backup, you should probably drop the stamina training for now and start focusing on agility. You can probably get it to 20 by the end of the year just on training and the small level-up bonus you get. In the meantime, you can build vision, or even save some points to dump into agility after you've trained it to 20ish. You could instead use some of the SP's to give a boost to your other lower stats such as jumping, tackling, confidence, catching, and strength, but you won't get the same bang for your buck you'd get by training those up first. I'm a fan of training a stat to 20 then putting points into it.

Another option. At level 8, you could put all your equipment into agility to give you an immediate boost of +8, while also training it to a decent level. Level 1 and 8 equipment is really just filler, and it's cheap to replace if you want to take another direction starting at 16. You'll also get .4 in stamina every time you level-up, so you'll probably be 20ish in stamina naturally by the end of the season.
